By joining the program you’ll have the opportunity to network with other inspiring PHRMA members in a learning environment.   

We are excited to offer the PHRMA Mentorship program. The approximately 8 month program’s purpose is to bring current PHRMA members together to offer professional development and learning opportunities to enable career growth and exploration.

Flexibility and options for YOUR learning style. This mentee-driven program offers a competency based curriculum to provide more customization for your unique needs. 

Mentee/Mentor requirements

• Current PHRMA Membership (Join here if you are not yet a member!)
• An openness to grow and a time commitment to the program 
• An updated LinkedIn profile 
• Attend mandatory virtual kickoff meeting on August 25, 2026 from 4:00pm - 6:00pm.
• Hold 6 meetings over the 8 month period
• For mentors only: Sr. level experience in HR or Business Management (past or present) and the ability to meet with your mentee monthly.
• Mentors will also sign a Mentor Commitment Letter.
