Business immigration is always a fast-changing field, but in 2020, the challenges presented by COVID-19 and the Trump administration have come at record pace. HR professionals have had to deal with work from home compliance requirements, Form I-9 remote verification issues, visa issuance and travel restrictions impacting global mobility, and Trump administration policies reducing business immigration. Combatting these new restrictions has turned into a game of chess.

Stay ahead of the game by joining us for an interactive webinar in which we will review current policies affecting international travel, hiring, and the recruitment and retention of foreign national workers. Topics of discussion include:

  • Review of Trump administration policies impacting business-related travel in the U.S.
  • New restrictions in hiring and retention of foreign workers (including H-1B professionals, L-1 intracompany transferees, and F-1 student visas)
  • Potential solutions for recruiting and retaining foreign national employees in the face of current challenges
