Stop Surviving Change; Start Navigating it

Presented by: Liz Lockhart

Change is happening faster than ever before, and it’s our job as leaders to help people stop surviving changes and start navigating them. This session is especially relevant to HR leaders working with multiple different types, criticality and urgency of changes; many with high visibility and impact. In this session, you’ll be introduced to a simple, compelling model for change navigation that is easy to use and easy to teach to others in your organization. This non-technical, people-focused change model focused on our natural human reactions to change along the time horizon. This is a change management course for someone who wonders “why are they not excited about this?” or “why are they reacting this way?”.

In this session you’ll learn:

1. The simple, people-focused change model

2. When to transition from saying what will change, to how it will change

3. Methods to mitigate change failure, and help others navigate change
