From candidates, to hiring managers, to executive leadership, influence is a critical skill for recruiting success. Whether itis persuading a hiring manager to comply with policies and best-practices, convincing leaders to fund more resources, or getting the top candidate to actually accept the offer, recruiters need to understand how to influence others.

In this discussion, talent management leader, certified coach and recovering attorney Laurie Erdman of K12 Inc. will show you how to quickly understand people's decision-making preferences so you know where to focus your time and effort to get to yes.
