Taking Teamwork to the Next Level: Implementing the Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team

Presented by: Kirsten Meneghello, JD, PCC

Learn how five key behaviors can help or hinder a team's effectiveness. Trust, Conflict, Commitment, Accountability, and Results, are the essential behaviors outlined by Patrick Lencioni in his book Five Dysfunctions of a Team. However, we are going to turn the model on its head and focus on the positive aspects of each behavior. You will walk away with exercises to use with teams at your organization:  personal histories, conflict continuum, healthy/unhealthy conflict behaviors, and the value of feedback.
