Strategies for Strengthening Employee Engagement

The business case for strategically targeting Employee engagement as a business objective is mounting.  HR Magazine out of the UK references that revenues delivered by highly engaged employees are as much as 4.5 times greater than the lesser engaged employees.  Do a simple Google search and you’ll find that Fortune, The Harvard Business Review, Bloomberg, Glassdoor, and even SHRM have all made statistically compelling cases for focusing on employee engagement as a primary business strategy for increasing profits and client satisfaction.

 

Objective: 

Participants will be able to augment their current T&D curriculum with strategies that strengthen employee engagement in the workplace.

 

About the speaker:

Mr. Pangelinan is a speaker, consultant, coach, and workshop facilitator who has been speaking and leading workshops for over 20 years that focus on connecting participants to primary organizational goals.  He’s worked with teams ranging from educational organizations, music organizations, and both non-profit and for-profit organizations large and small.  He spent six years as a T&D specialist in a Fortune Top 20 company where he was tasked with designing top-to bottom company-wide leadership development curriculum, developing and writing over 60 hours of training content for multiple leadership levels that included objectives to increase employee engagement, managing special training roll-outs and strategic, and prescriptive training projects.  Mr. Pangelinan is a Master-Certified trainer with Color Code International (Interpersonal Communications workshop and assessment).  He has extensive experience training on the topics of interpersonal communications, leadership, accountability, trust, the 7 Habits, team development, discipline in the workplace, and employee engagement.
