Key Performance Indicators That Matter

 

Making “HR Analytics” more than a buzzword. Recap of core principles that make statistics relevant. Connecting the dots between critical business processes and associated KPI’s. Translating these processes and KPi’s into the associated HR capabilities/systems and HR KPI’s. Emphasis on a system to ensure end-to-end Line-of-Sight impact (HR KPI improvement reflects improvement in associated HR process that underpins a critical business process which leads to improvement in fundamental operational KPIs. Consolidation into a meaningful HR Dashboard.
