Key Performance Indicators That Matter


Continuation of concepts from the previous module. Emphasis on a system to ensure end-to-end Line-of-Sight impact (HR KPI improvement reflects improvement in associated HR process that underpins a critical business process which leads to improvement in fundamental operational KPIs. Consolidation into a meaningful HR Dashboard.


  • Understand how businesses use metrics to assess and prioritize performance improvement potential against critical business processes or outcomes.
  • Become more proficient in applying HR metrics for HR processes that underpin broader business performance.
  • Become more adept at adopting operational KPI’s to measure HR impact.
