Key Performance Indicators That Matter

(1st of 2 Modules)

Making “HR Analytics” more than a buzzword. Recap of core principles that make statistics relevant. Connecting the dots between critical business processes and associated KPI’s. Translating these processes and KPi’s into the associated HR capabilities/systems and HR KPI’s.

  • Consider standard operational, financial, and HR KPI’s from a statistical perspective to better evolve the definition or the scope of a KPI measure to have a metric that drives desired behavior.
  • Build an appreciation for the value, limitations and tradeoffs of predictive versus lagging indicators, accuracy versus time and/or cost.
  • Apply these concepts in scenarios and exercises to become more proficient at the selection or modification of traditional HR KPI’s that create broader business value.

In-Person and Virtual Options (via Adobe Connect) available!

Note: Parking is available underground and is FREE!
